Rendall & Wright competed against a number of interior designers in the East of England to receive this recognition. Successful entrants have been invited to attend a high-profile gala and presentation dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on October 18th where the winning companies will learn which honours they have secured. The top-scoring winners who will go on to compete in the International Property Awards global competition will be announced at the close of the evening. Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said, “In such a highly industrialized region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high. These winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of UK towns and cities.” The UK Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, the world’s richest competition when measured by the value of the projects entered. The award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. The UK Property Awards rank amongst the most prestigious commendations in the residential and commercial property sectors. A high-calibre jury of international experts identifies the most significant building projects as well as the highest quality UK estate agencies, property consultants and industry websites and marketing campaigns. At the end of the year, the highest scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. The judging panel consists of approximately 70 professionals including Andrew Panting, Director of Operations for the British Property Federation, Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Christian Morris, Director / Owner of architectural firm Yotomo Ltd.

Lindsey_and_helen_suffolk_show Thank you to everyone who visited us on our stand this year at the Suffolk Show, despite the weather the crowds flooded in and there was a real buzz about the place. A huge thank you to 'and so to bed' for providing the bed and furniture designed by Nina Campbell it really did make a huge impact to the room set, thank you to Porta Romana for providing the beautiful lamps, beautiful hand blown glass bases in a stunning deep purple really pulled the design together. And not forgetting the Persian Rug Company, based in Long Melford for providing us with a truly stunning rug which was the starting point to our room design and the colours selected throughout. Resulting in a calm and elegant space perfect for any interior. Finally a huge Congratulations to Ali Long, who is the winner of our prize draw to win the two cushions on our room set, we hope you enjoy your new cushions.
