Rendall & Wright were commissioned to convert an old listed dairy building into a calm, contemporary annex to a period farmhouse. Lindsey sympathetically designed the property using natural materials and a gentle pallet. The period features of the building are enhanced further by the understated simplistic design of the bespoke kitchen and joinery. Wool and linen fabrics add texture and a cosy touch to the space. Lindsey worked with the garden designer to ensure the interior schemes flowed effortlessly into the exterior spaces.
Rendall & Wright worked with us from the planning stage, building works through to final decoration and furnishings. At every stage Lindsey listened to our wishes and put together a comprehensive plan to include layout, colour schemes, fixtures and fittings. At the same time working with the listed building officers to maintain the important historical features within the old building. The end result is warm, comfortable and stylish annex which we are thrilled with.
