Rendall & Wright worked with a local Architect and building contractor to transform Latimer House into a beautiful family home. Lindsey revised the layout of the former Victorian girls boarding school and the property received a new roof, new staircases, a first floor extension, bathrooms, attic conversion, bespoke kitchen, joinery, new flooring, furniture, soft furnishings and decoration throughout.
We are so pleased that we used Rendall and Wright for the renovation of our late 19th century property. Lindsey understood that we wanted to retain as many of the original property features as possible, re-use some incumbent artwork and furniture, yet also modernise throughout. This is our home away from home that we will also be renting so we wanted a warm, welcoming, relaxed yet luxurious finish and we really feel that is what we got! Lindsey made many recommendations regarding structural changes and she was spot on with every one of them - her vision of how a room will be used and how the house will work is exceptional, and behind the scenes Helen pulls it all together delivering a well-thought through finish that flows seamlessly as you walk through the house.
