Rendall & Wright offer a comprehensive, bespoke interior design, project management and soft furnishing service.
Launched by Lindsey Rendall and Helen Wright in 2006, this Suffolk based interior design practice has attracted a wide clientele base across the UK. Rendall & Wright have completed residential projects both new builds and period restorations along with commercial projects, including hotel, spa and restaurant design. Each project brings together a passion for functional design and attention to detail, coupled with seamless project management ensuring all clients feel confident about their project and leaves them free to enjoy the process of building, design and development.
Rendall & Wright's design studio in Layham, Suffolk offers their clients a calm, peaceful environment to discuss their projects, contemplate decisions and source soft furnishings.
Rendall & Wright have won numerous regional and international design awards. Their work has been featured in 25 Beautiful Homes, Ideal Home Magazine, Interior Design Yearbook, Interior Design Today, Beautiful Kitchens, Real Homes, Design et al, The Style Bible, Suffolk Magazine and Essential Magazine. Lindsey has contributed on numerous occasions to the 'ask the designer' section for Interior Design Today magazine and given talks at many events including The Homes and Gardens Show.
Lindsey Rendall
After graduating Lindsey worked for Designers Guild, the internationally renowned home furnishing brand before continuing her design career with Cameron Broom, based in south London. During her five years with the company Lindsey became principal designer and completed a wide range of projects including over 90 domestic properties, 5 offices, three commissions for The Hurlingham Club and the complete renovation of 28 Portland Place, a beautiful historic building dating from 1775.
Lindsey joined forces with Helen to set up Interior Design practice Rendall & Wright in 2006. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to identify with her clients has ensured repeat business and many recommendations and referrals. In 2010 Lindsey was granted full membership of the British Institute of Interior design (BIID) and in 2016 she joined the panel of Directors. Lindsey works with universities across the UK to build industry knowledge and experience through BIID student focused events.
Helen Wright
Helen Wright worked in the fashion industry for six years before switching to the interior design sector, where she has successfully worked as a project manager. She has skilfully co-ordinated a wide variety of developments, ranging from the ultra-modern to the traditional and encompassing town houses, private members clubs, hotels, and domestic homes. Helen's projects are always handled with professionalism, sensitivity and understanding, resulting in a stress-free service for all her clients.
Helen joined forces with Lindsey to set up Interior Design practice Rendall & Wright in 2006. This dynamic duo, brought together design expertise and seamless project management, providing a personal and professional service.
Rachel Morley
Rachel studied Art & Design at West Suffolk and De Montfort University, Leicester, before moving to London to work with Terence Conran’s Architecture & Interior Design Company based in Shad Thames. She worked on prestigious commercial projects, predominantly designing bars and restaurants in London for the Conran Group, as well as projects in Paris and Stockholm.
After ten intensive years she returned to Suffolk to join the established family firm, Clement Jocelyn. She learned a whole new sector of design taking on bespoke soft furnishings, working with local crafts people including curtain makers, upholsterers and joiners. Rachel joined Rendall & Wright in 2018 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to compliment the existing team.
Neil Robertson
Neil has over 20 years experience designing and overseeing interior refurbishments. Having spent 10 years designing for specialist kitchen and bathroom studios he joined reputable Suffolk building firm, Cubitt Theobald Ltd in 2007. Neil primarily designed handmade kitchens and bespoke joinery for prestigious properties across East Anglia and in Central London. He coordinated Cubitt's inhouse joinery team ensuring the highest standards and client expectations were met. Neil has worked on many listed properties gaining valuable experience within the building industry along with onsite coordination skills.
Neil joined Rendall & Wright in February 2021 bringing excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail. His ability to produce CAD and 3D renders provides a welcome addition to the all-encompassing design service.
